Wailea Beach
Wailea Beach is located on Maui’s south shore, in Wailea town, at the center point of the Wailea beach path. It’s part of a stunning series of crescent-shaped beaches in Wailea known for their clear waters, white sand and vibrant coral reefs. Wailea Beach is a long white sand beach ideal for swimming, sunbathing and morning or late afternoon beach walks. Midday hours can get quite warm at this beach and crowded as well, with guests from nearby resorts. There is a public parking lot, restrooms and showers located between the Grand Wailea and the Four Seasons. For a luxurious stay, we recommend Wailea Beach Villas located at the north end of Wailea beach.
If you continue walking on the Wailea beach path, you'll find Ulua Beach to the north and Polo Beach to the south.

Ocean Safety: Please note that many beach photos in Hawaii are taken on calm beach days, which is common here. However, winds, tides, currents, and swells can shift quickly, depending on the weather. There are no lifeguards at this beach. Be sure to check local weather forecasts daily and exercise caution while at the beach.
Note: Sunscreens containing oxybenzone and octinoxate are prohibited in Maui, to protect sea life and coral reefs. Be sure to use reef-safe sunscreens to help preserve the island's marine ecosystems.
